Other info: This work is painted on a wooden painting board made with a smooth blonde coloured plywood panel with pine bracing and is ready to hang.

We didn’t have a pool growing up. We went to the public pool daily in summer. As soon as we got there, we’d run over the hot cement and jump in. My girls, and pretty much every kid from the neighbourhood who comes to swim at our place, love jumping in and that’s what this painting is about. The rush of jumping into the water and coming up with a smile!
